Code Review: Bump codecov/codecov-action from 6 to 7

Straightforward Dependabot update bumping codecov/codecov-action from @v6 to @v7 across 6 CI workflow files.

Code Quality: All 10 occurrences updated consistently with no logic changes.

What changed in v7: Functionally equivalent to v6.0.2 — Codecov notes v6.0.2 was "a copy of the v7.0.0 release". The only meaningful change is an internal GPG key migration from the codecovsecurity keybase account to codecovsecops. The template injection security fix (VULN-1652) from v6.0.1 is included.

Security: All usages correctly pass token: ${{ secrets.CODECOV_TOKEN }}. The action is pinned to a mutable tag (@v7) rather than a commit SHA — a pre-existing pattern in the repo, not introduced here. Pinning to a SHA would be a stricter supply-chain posture but is a separate concern.

Compatibility: No breaking changes; token, files, run_command, and flags inputs used in these workflows are unchanged between v6 and v7.

Verdict: Routine, low-risk CI dependency update. Safe to merge.
